ABOUT
Mordecai Engineering

Lucius (Lucas) Lorenzo Todd was born on May 17, 1982. He was born and raised in Carrollton, GA by his aunt and uncle who he lovingly called, "mama and daddy". From a very early age Lucius has always had a very profound love for music and was well known around town for his "rap battles". Shortly after high school Lucius married his best friend, Regina Todd. They immediately began to build a beautiful family.

For several years Lucius and his wife were very active in the youth ministry at there local church where they became youth leaders. Over the years Lucius continued to fill the tug on him to pursue his goal to work with music. He began to build his project home studio in 2010. Through lots of trial and error he finally found his niche for music and audio. As he passionately pursued and devoured every bit of information he could find about music production and audio, his desire to go to school only increased. During this season, he was presented with a need for him to assist and work in the sound booth at his local church during Sunday services. He welcomed this service and has been committed to this role to the present. Lucius recorded, mastered, produced, mixed, and finalized many albums in this time frame as well. During his time working in the sound booth, he was mentored and inspired by a young man Chad North, who was in school for Audio Engineering. He shared and poured into Lucius as much as he could as they formed a mentor and apprentice bond. In August 2015, Lucius enrolled and began the adventure of pursuing his bachelors degree in Audio Production at Full Sail University with hopes of pursuing a career in the audio industry.
